Opeyemi Ayoola is the Executive Director and Head of Operations at Bancorp Securities Limited. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS), and an Authorised Dealing Clerk of both Nigerian Exchange Limited and NASD OTC Securities Exchange, duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Caleb University, an HND from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and an MBA from Rome Business School.

With over two decades of experience in finance, stockbroking operations, securities dealing, and relationship management, she has built extensive expertise in Nigeria’s financial services industry. Prior to joining Capital Bancorp Group in 2008, she worked with Nigerdock Plc as a Payroll and Cost Accountant.
